The entire process of order production, shipment, and logistics is synchronized; shipments come with complete quality inspection reports (including dimensional tolerance, hardness, and coating testing data), and batch archives are retained for after-sales traceability.

Before placing an order, we will conduct a free review of the blade drawings. We will optimize the chip breaker, clearance angle, and nose radius based on the machining conditions to avoid potential risks during trial cutting.

During the customer's trial cutting, issues such as tool vibration, burrs, short tool life, and poor chip breaking were observed. The after-sales engineer remotely provided optimization suggestions for cutting speed, feed rate, and cutting depth.

If the sample test cutting results are not satisfactory, we will adjust the blade geometry, material grade, and coating type for free, and iterate multiple times until the processing requirements are met.
